Hardware and firmware docs for an isolated USB hub

One clear path from product intent to bench bring-up.

IsolaRail is a four-port isolated USB hub project built around ESP32-S3, CH335F, TCA6408A, INA226/TPS2490, M24C64, and a 160x50 front-panel display path. This site is organized by hardware, firmware, control plane, and specification index so the product boundary and current engineering truth stay connected.

Quick Start

Install the toolchain, build firmware and docs, and verify the local companion path.

Hardware Topology

Start from VIN, CH335F sideband, EN gating, the two I²C buses, and the front panel.

Control Plane

Understand isolarail, isolarail-devd, USB JSONL, Web companion, and device operation boundaries.

Current truth: the site curates and publishes; canonical engineering truth remains in docs/ and docs/specs/.
